Note to Americans #21
I grew up without central heat or AC in Brazil, most people don't have a washer and dryer.
In Italy and most of Europe it's the same, and you have to light the gas heater and wait
to take a shower, then wait again for another person to take a shower in freezing cold.
And those are good scenarios, most of the world doesn't have indoor plumbing.
Americans live in a level of comfort and safety unknown to most people around
the world, maybe that's the problem!
Like spoiled children that don't appreciate what they have.

Unless you have spent significant
time outside of the good old USA,
don't lecture me on how the world works.
Go to any country and you will see
just how good you have it here.
