Unlike a blog post or a website page, the information posted at a third party news site like Biz News Buddy is possibly more relevant for social interaction and networking opportunities.
When you spread around your own website or blog content, people yawn. They know you are self-promoting. However, when you can say, “look what this reviewer said about my book, presentation or product!” what you get back are accolades on your achievement. Promoting your own labor is a whole other bucket of water than promoting something someone else has stated about you or your services/products. You have probably already experienced this in your social media engagements.
Stop hoarding your content! Please, do not do this anymore. Spreading yourself around the web at multiple outlets is a blessing in disguise. I know, you labor over article content and when you work so hard on that content, you want full credit and ownership.

By spreading your content at different outlets:
It makes good business sense to reach out to a new audience. Maybe that new audience will contain a few people who are looking for your specific message. Even a small amount of people reaching out to you from a newer, larger audience is a plus. New customers/clients come from somewhere out there and if your current audience is not working for you, you may need further reach.
Just look at what industry leaders have done and follow their examples. When someone writes content, whether it is a book, eBook or white paper, they immediately look for public relations opportunities. They look everywhere and take every offer extended. You see their articles, and articles written about them at the big online news outlets and many small ones too. They know something you do not know. They know all exposure is good. As long as people are reading and talking about them, their product is “out there” being considered.
That bucket of water is getting fuller (of exposure!).
